SauceApproved enterprise LLC sells made-to-order apparel, digital access, and custom app-building services. Delivery depends on the product purchased.
Hoodies
Our hoodies are made and fulfilled through Printify. Production takes place before carrier transit; placing an order does not mean the garment has already shipped.
Available shipping destinations and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. Production and transit times depend on the selected garment, print provider, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate. If you need a delivery estimate for a specific destination, contact us before ordering.
Once a shipment has tracking available, tracking information is provided with the shipment update. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and production availability can affect delivery.
Review your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; a change may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. Import duties or other destination charges may apply where required.
Shipment delays and refunds
We use a reasonable basis for any shipment time represented before an order is placed. For most Internet merchandise orders without a specified shipment date, federal rules generally require shipment within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we will notify customers of legally required delay options, including the option to cancel and receive a prompt refund. Customers are not required to accept a delay when the law gives them a cancellation right. Delivery estimates do not eliminate these rights.
Digital access
Titan Founding Access and Studio Founding Pilot Access do not require physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, use secure activation with the same email address used at checkout.
Studio is pre-production pilot access. Its current capabilities and delivery commitment are described in the Studio Founding Pilot Terms. If activation is pending, contact us with your order number so we can verify the purchase.
Custom app builds
Custom Business App Builds are delivered as software services. After purchase, we contact you to collect the workflow information needed for the build. Scope, requirements, deployment, and handoff timing are established for the engagement. Third-party services and changes beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
