Physical apparel returns. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at smallzshon@gmail.com. We provide the approved return address and shipping instructions after your return request is accepted. Do not send a return before receiving those instructions.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the authorized destination. A prepaid return label may be supplied where applicable; for a discretionary return without a provided label, the customer arranges and pays the carrier's return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are excluded from discretionary change-of-mind returns where law permits. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
Return fees and shipping: SauceApproved charges a $0 restocking fee. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the actual return postage charged by your selected carrier unless we provide a prepaid shipping label. We do not deduct separate, undisclosed handling or restocking charges from the merchandise refund. For defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect items, we will provide the return arrangements or reimbursement required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital access and software services
Physical-item return instructions do not apply to digital access or custom app-building services. Contact smallzshon@gmail.com with your order number for a software billing, activation, or delivery issue.
Studio Founding Pilot refund requests may be made within 7 calendar days of purchase, as described in the Studio Founding Pilot Terms. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and failure to provide access within the stated delivery commitment remain eligible for correction or refund as required by applicable law and the payment-provider process.
For Titan Founding Access or a Custom Business App Build, contact us so we can assess the purchase, delivered access or work, and any written terms for the engagement. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law.
